METHODS
Orders usually ship within 3 business days of being placed. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Most orders arrive within 7 business days of placing.
How your gear gets to you depends on what you ordered:
Ground shipping. Smaller items are delivered to your front door. We can’t ship to PO boxes.
Freight shipping. For larger equipment — racks, benches, full gym packages — our carrier will schedule a delivery appointment with you 24 hours in advance. Freight deliveries include lift-gate service, which means your gear is lowered safely to the curb outside your home.
