Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All items must come back in their original packaging, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

A few things to know before you send something back:
- If the product arrives back to us outside its original packaging or has been opened, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
- If it arrives with missing parts or is damaged, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
- All returns are inspected on arrival. York Barbell reserves the right to reduce the credit if the item comes back damaged or incomplete.
- Closeout items are final sale. No returns or exchanges on those.
If what you received doesn’t match what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. Waiting longer than that may void the return.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item — original shipping and handling charges aren’t refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process the Return Authorization and issue the refund to your original payment method.
